How to Plan a Europe Tour from India

Choose your route first

Europe is easier to plan when you pick a route instead of a list of cities. Our Europe packages cover different styles:

• Netherlands, Germany and France: Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris
• Switzerland, Italy and France: Zurich, Milan and Paris
• Norway and Sweden: Oslo and Stockholm
• Five countries in one trip: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Oslo and Stockholm
• Europe with a cruise: land stays combined with an MSC cruise

How the Schengen visa process works with us

Most of these countries are in the Schengen area. For our Europe packages, the steps are:

• The day after booking, we send you the list of documents required
• Within the next 10 working days, a company representative collects your documents
• Over the following 10 working days, our visa department checks them
• If your documents are eligible, your visa is processed

The exact refund terms if documents are not eligible are listed on each package page. The final decision on any visa is made by the embassy.

Book early

Visa processing, flights and hotels all take time, so leave yourself enough room before you travel. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

What to check on the package page

Each package page lists exactly what is included: flights, trains or buses between cities, hotels with breakfast, and tickets such as canal or river cruises. Anything not listed there is not part of the package.
