I would like to place on record my sincere and heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Suman Nain, who coordinated our tour online. Although she was not physically present with us during the tour, her presence was felt through her prompt responses, constant coordination and willingness to resolve issues whenever required. Suman clearly knows her job well. What impressed me most was her proactive approach and sense of responsibility. Whenever we approached her with a request, she responded promptly and, rather than simply explaining what could or could not be done, she generally approached the matter with a solution in mind. Even when requests came at the last moment, she handled them with patience and a positive attitude. She does not seem to believe in being unnecessarily restricted by formalities. Where a situation required a decision or an immediate response, she showed initiative, practical judgement and a sense of ownership. These qualities are particularly valuable in tour coordination, where unexpected requirements can arise at any time. Despite communicating largely through phone and online messages, Suman's well-mannered, cultured, soft-spoken and pleasant nature came through clearly. She has a warmth in her communication that makes one feel comfortable asking for help. Her ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients even from a distance is, in my opinion, one of her strongest qualities. I feel that Suman is genuinely an asset to the organisation. Her way of dealing with clients can help build confidence, strengthen relationships and create a positive and lasting impression of the company. I would also like to express my appreciation for Mr. Satyawan, whose experience and ability to connect with people are clearly evident. He has a natural way of establishing rapport with clients and making them feel comfortable and valued. Satyawan has a particularly reassuring quality: he gives the impression that the client's interests are being looked after, while at the same time ensuring that the interests of the organisation are not overlooked. He trusts people and, equally importantly, inspires trust in return. This balance between customer satisfaction and organisational responsibility reflects maturity and strong professional understanding. I believe Suman has been very well guided and groomed by Satyawan. His experience and people skills, combined with Suman's energy, initiative and responsiveness, make them a strong team.
